These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Breathhold Collective website at breathhold.bond and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Course content and safety
Courses are educational only and are not medical advice. Practices involving breath holds (“apnea”) must be done seated and in safe conditions. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional before practicing.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service (e.g., attempt to access without authorization, interfere with normal operation, or reverse engineer components).
- Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly perform course materials without written permission.
- Respect other users and do not harass, abuse, or harm them.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes unless stated. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of a course has been completed.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content are owned by Breathhold Collective and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for personal use.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from meditation or breathwork practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breathhold Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
